KATY PERRY LYRICS ROAR LYRICS PRISM

I used to bite my tongue and hold my breath
Scared to rock the boat and make a mess
So I sat quietly, agreed politely
I guess that I forgot I had a choice
I let you push me past the breaking point
I stood for nothing, so I fell for everything
You held me down, but I got up (hey!)
Already brushing off the dust
You hear my voice, your hear that sound
Like thunder, gonna shake the ground
You held me down, but I got up
Get ready 'cause I had enough
I see it all, I see it now
I got the eye of the tiger, a fighter
Dancing through the fire
'Cause I am a champion, and you're gonna hear me roar
Louder, louder than a lion
'Cause I am a champion, and you're gonna hear me roar!
Oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh
Oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh
Oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh
You're gonna hear me roar!
Now I'm floating like a butterfly
Stinging like a bee I earned my stripes
I went from zero, to my own hero
You held me down, but I got up (hey!)
Already brushing off the dust
You hear my voice, your hear that sound
Like thunder, gonna shake the ground
You held me down, but I got up
Get ready 'cause I've had enough
I see it all, I see it now
I got the eye of the tiger, a fighter
Dancing through the fire
'Cause I am a champion, and you're gonna hear me roar
Louder, louder than a lion
'Cause I am a champion, and you're gonna hear me roar!
Oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh
Oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh
Oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh
You're gonna hear me roar!
Oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh
Oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh
Oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh
You're gonna hear me roar!
Roar, roar, roar, roar, roar!

Aishwarya Rai Bachchan to comeback in a Mani Ratnam film?

She started her acting career with Mani Ratnam’s Iruvar, and now it looks like Aishwarya Rai Bachchan is all set to make a comeback to screen after a long maternity leave with a film to be directed by her debut film director. Mani is very close to both Abhishek and Aishwarya. He has worked with the couple in Guru andRaavan. But for his next he wants only the actress.

Says a source, “Mani is planning to direct a film which has a strong female protagonist’s character. He feels there is little room for Abhishek in his next.” It is learnt that Ash has given her consent to her presence in Mani’s next.

Adds an insider, “Aishwarya was very clear about her priorities after she became a mother. She gave hundred per cent of her time and concentration to her daughter Aaraadhya for two years. Now that Aaraadhya is ready for play school, Aishwarya can start thinking of coming back to acting.” She was keen to return with a film directed by either of her two favourite directors — Sanjay Leela Bhansali or Mani Ratnam. Continues the source, “ She was all but finalised for the item song in SLB’s Ram Leela. But she wanted some changes in the lyrics which Sanjay refused. While she’s looking forward to working with SLB she’s all set to return with Mani’s next project.”

The movie-making genius’ career has been under a cloud. His last two films, Raavan and Kadalan, have bombed and been heavily panned by critics as well. “Mani too needs to make a comeback,” says the source.

Deepika Padukone the reason Ranbir Kapoor said no to commercial?

If sources are to believed, actor Ranbir Kapoor was initially approached to be part of a commercial featuring Deepika Padukone. It seems that the actor turned down the project - a soap commercial - because it starred his ex-flame Deepika.

A source says, "The brand was in talks with Ranbir for a while, but the actor politely turned down the offer saying that he was not too comfortable associating himself with feminine products. But another reason could be the fact that he was not keen to share screen space with Deepika. That's when the company looked elsewhere and got Imran Khan on board," says the source.

However, a person close to Ranbir denies Deepika's role in the actor's refusal. The source adds that Ranbir has been picky about his endorsements. "He may have rejected the offer but Deepika was not the reason behind it. In fact, the two will be working together in another film."

Akshay Kumar reveals the secret about wife Twinkle

The latest episode of the most interesting chat show, ‘Koffee With Karan’ sees none other than the stunt king of Bollywood, Akshay Kumar and the episode will see Akki sans wife Twinkle Khanna. Though Twinkle will not make her present on the show, Akki and Karan Johar will talk about her extensively. Akshay reveals some interesting secrets about his wife.
Akshay said that Twinkle is a very straight forward person and reveals to Karan Johar why she decided not to come to his show. “She said: ‘I cant keep my mouth shut. I’ll talk nonsense and then I’ll regret it later and my husband will fire me,” said Karan Johar sharing Twinkle Khanna’s reason for not accompanying her actor husband on the talk show.
“My wife is like that. I always tell her be diplomatic but she is like that… what is white is white and what is black is black for her,” explained Akshay Kumar.
“There’s no filter in her mind. What enters in her mind, comes out,” he added further. Talking about his difference from wife Twinkle, Akshay Kumar said that he and Twinkle are poles apart, “We keep on discovering new things about each other because we’re so different. We’re poles apart. She’s this side, I’m completely that side”, he quipped.
On being asked as to why it took him so long to appear on the chat show, Askhay Kumar replied seriously, “When we come for your show, you ask all these kinds of very controversial questions. So nobody wants to be grilled and nobody wants to get into anybody’s bad books. And don’t want to answer anything stupid that it hurts somebody’s feelings.”
The actor frankly said that he would rather love to meet Karan socially rather than coming to his show and get involved in any sort of controversy.
“It is terrible. I’m telling you Karan… I’m coming on your show and telling you that it is very bad to do that, to get into controversies. Talk about someone … Why?” he asked a stunned Karan.
Karan Johar also quizzed Akshay Kumar on his well-known habit of waking up at 5:00 am everyday. “Mornings we’re supposed to get up and work. I don’t know where you come from to say that you don’t work,” he said to Karan Johar.
Talking about the kind of films he is doing, Akshay said, “I’m happy with what I’ve got. I’m not fighting anything. But yes, I want to keep on going… everyday when I listen to scripts, I’m looking for that script if I can get something to prove…like a ‘Special 26?. I was very happy with it. For even a script like ‘Oh My God!’.”
Talking about film critics in the country, Akshay Kumar said, “They’ve been very kind. They’ve called me furniture, and I’m actually a showroom. So they’ve been very kind.”
Asked about his reactions to such statements, the actor said, “It’s funny… It’s nice. It’s funny to read something like that about you and what can you react?”
Karan Johar dig the past and talked about his Casanova image. “I’m not ashamed of it. I was not married then. And I’m a full-grown man, so there’s nothing wrong with what I did,” he says.
Talking about being faithful in the glamour world, he said, “When you have your children waiting back home, after pack up you just want to run back.”
Sometime Akshay was also seen pulling Karan johar’s leg.

Hrithik Roshan on separation from Sussanne

A month since the announcement of his separation from wife Sussanne Khan, Hrithik Roshan was in the mood to bare his soul, as he unveiled his new brand HRX on a Google Plus Hangout in Mumbai.

So how was the actor feeling ?
"I am good," came the answer.

Well, maybe not on top of the world but getting there, as he delved into the philosophy of his brand HRX, saying the X factor was the lengths to which he could go to empower himself and people around him.

The actor said that a lot had happened in his life lately - injuries, emotional upheaval.

"I take full responsibility about whatever is happening in my life, instead of blaming people and circumstances. I have had to realize it's about me. Yes, there are times when the possibility of a good future seems impossible, but I realize one has to get I with it!

Empower yourself. Coax your mind into believing you can! Give it your best shot. Today my weakness has become my biggest strength. When I connect the dots, it all makes sense. No one gives a shit about what's happening in your life. You have to overcome the challenges of the past what if something monstrous lies ahead I have to keep moving forward and that's what my brand is about, living the best life you can. You owe it to yourself," Hrithik said.

When asked about how the past year's injuries and his divorce happened together and how he was holding up, Hrithik's response was from the heart.

"What can I say, what can I do? When it happens to someone you can give advice, when it happens to you, you got to face it. Someday, I will have answers. At the moment, there are just questions. I have lost sense of objectivity. But the worst you can do is blame yourself with the dreaded 'why me?' Never do that. Face the challenge," was the actor's response.

Saying he had a fabulous birthday with his sons on a yacht, the man who the Khans also fear as competition said, "I love competition. Yes, there are times when I don't want to surface from bed but I tell the Almighty 'Ok, bring it on. What do you want me to face today, what challenge is coming my way?'"

With his back on the mend, the actor said he was looking forward to the tough action scenes in Bang Bang and in life as well too.

Well, all we can say to this superhero is may the force be with you.
